So often people are only interested in the top and bottom performers or ranking items.
HOW TO FILTER FOR THE TOP OR BOTTOM 10
Start with a newly created pivottable and right click one of the rows, then select filter:
Then select “Top 10” from the second list and top or bottom from the drop down and press enter :
Alternatively, goto the downarrow at the top of a pivottable column, click and select Top 10 from the “Value filters” option and proceed as above:
